Her full name is Kitty White and she is in fact British. Her birthday is November 1st making her Scorpio. Her height is "five apples" and her weight is "three apples."
Hello Kitty has no mouth, according to Sanrio ( a Japanese company) :

This year marks the 40th year since Hello Kitty was created. I was a big fan of Hello Kitty when I was a kid, and now 30 years later, my daughter loves Hello Kitty just as much. What an amazing character ! A friend of mine who is a father of two boys printed this figurine for my daughter with his new three - dimensional printer. Thank you !
